2022 Webby Awards Names Alumni Ventures as Honoree in 3 Categories
Alumni Ventures (AV) has been selected as a 2022 Webby Awards Official Honoree in the categories of Best Visual Design — Aesthetic, Best User Experience, and Best use of Animation or Motion Graphics for its new website.
The Webby Awards, now in its 26th year, celebrates and honors excellence on the internet. Presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), the Webbys recognize internet excellence in categories including Websites, Advertising, Social, Apps and Software, and more. IADAS’ 2,000+ Executive Member judging body was tasked with evaluating 14,300 entries across all categories from all 50 states and 70 countries.
Being selected as an honoree for what The New York Times hails as “the Internet’s highest honor,” is the result of years worth of work for AV. After much effort, the company launched its new website last year in partnership with Swedish digital agency Varvet. The site also won a Bronze medal at the 28th annual Financial Communications Society Portfolio Awards in the Visual Identity category.
